1. User Consent and Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the SociUp App and Website, you explicitly agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our services.

2. Data Collection & Third-Party APIs (Google/YouTube)

Google API Services Usage: SociUp's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In order to provide you with growth metrics and verify your creator profile, we require integration with your YouTube channel. We only request read-only access to view your public profile, subscriber count, and video statistics. We do NOT ask for permissions to manage your YouTube account, upload videos, or delete content.

3. What Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you register on the app, we may collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
Social Media Data: Public statistics from connected accounts (e.g., YouTube subscribers) required for the functioning of our growth tracking tools.
Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our app, including device information, operating system, and crash reports to help us improve the app experience.

4. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is strictly used to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the SociUp platform and app functionalities.
Verify your creator identity to build a trustworthy community.
Display your public growth metrics to you within your dashboard.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google API data to any third parties for advertising or any other purposes.

5. Data Security & Permissions

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your YouTube API tokens and personal information are stored securely on our servers. You have complete control and can revoke access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions page.

6. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly from the Settings menu in the SociUp app. Once initiated, all your personal data, API tokens, and connected accounts are permanently removed from our servers.
